True Colors
True Colors is another personality profile that is commonly used in the corporate world. It is similar to DiSC in that the profile is broken down into 4 quadrants (Blue, Orange, Green, and Gold).
While the Colors are easy to remember, I actually think this is one of the more difficult of the profiles to use in practice. There are several characteristics that are common to multiple "colors" so quick identification and behavior or communication modification can be more challenging.
My True Colors:
I am very bright Green/Blue. I am moderate in Orange and Gold is my palest color. Even though I do not view True Colors to be as clean a system as DiSC or Myers Briggs, my profiles are basically consistent between the three profiles.
